Disposalwalaa, located in heart of old city, begum bazaar is a wholesale and retail outlet of a Wide range of disposable cutlery and various festival items. It was started by Late Sri Kanahiyalal Chandak in the year 1952. Initially it was started in the name and style of “Kanahiyalal Chandak” with a very few disposable items like Desi Pattal, Sand Glasses, Sand Cups etc… Later in the year 1981 Mr. Narsing das Chandak S/o Kanahiyalal Chandak joined and continued the business with Trade name as “Kanahiyalal General Stores” and included more range of disposable items along with other general goods.
Mr.Narsing das Chandak continued the business with his father. After the demise of Sri Kanahiyalal Chandak in 1997 both his grandson joined the business on part time basis along with their studies. During this time the business further expanded and has added wide range of disposable products and also huge varieties of earthen cups and glasses. By this time people started recognising and calling us by name “disposalwalaa”.
In the year 2012. one of the grandson by name Mr. Hari Chandak resigned from manager position in Infosys after a stint of 7 long years & joined on full-fledge basis and continued the business in the name of “Chandak Traders” (Formerly known as Kanahiyalal General has resulted into more expansion of the business & also this was the period when the Disposalwalaa got recognised and the business trade mark was registered with a vision of stamping its position in the disposable market in Hyderabad , by offering disposables of huge variety, range and quality.
Another grandson of Sri Kanahiyalal Chandak by name Pankaj Chandak. a qualified Chartered Accountant has been a great support to the business with his ideas and strategies in finance and accounts.
Presently the business has spread to include a huge range of biodegradable products with different varieties and have over 500+ items of different quality,sizes,designs of disposables. India is the land of festivals.We do cater to the various festival needs like colourful rakhis during raksha bhandhan , decorative items of lord krishna during the janmashtami festival, beautiful and colourful diyas for diwali , dandiyas for the navratri festival and many other products and birthday items.
